We keep groups small: a maximum of two riders per instructor, with 1:1 available if you'd rather have someone's full attention. Whether it's your first time on a bike or you're working towards a full licence, you go at your own pace.

Off-road training happens at Exeter Racecourse, on our fleet, including lower seat-height bikes if you need one. You won't be riding out of the racecourse onto the main roads yourself — when you're ready for road riding, we drive you and the bikes over to Marsh Barton and start from there. Bike hire and kit are included, no extra charge.

You start off-road at the racecourse. We then drive you to Marsh Barton before any road riding begins.

Bike control and manoeuvres on our fleet, with lowered seat-height options if you need one. Bike hire and kit are included, no charge. You won't ride out of here onto the road yourself.

This is where road riding actually starts — real roads, real traffic, with your instructor alongside you at a maximum 2:1 ratio (1:1 available).

CBT

Compulsory Basic Training — the legal first step onto two wheels.

Ride up to 125cc on L plates (16yr: 50cc, 17yr: 125cc)
